High-throughput fabrication of two-layered biomimetic neocartilage grafts, featuring a chondral top layer and an endochondral calcified cartilage base layer by using a customi-zable biohybrid hydrogel matrix and stem cells to treat critical cartilage defects after injury or for osteoarthritis.
