ResCure uses a new type of polymer material to combat the causes of excessive inflammation in chronic wounds. In contrast to conventional wound dressings, disruptive inflammatory factors are bound via a purely physical process, thus enabling patients to heal. The idea is based on research at the Leibniz Institute of Polymer Research Dresden.
