Prof. Dr.-Ing. Udo Wagenknecht was head of Department Materials Engineering. Since 2001 he has been Professor for Plastics Processing at the University of Applied Sciences in Senftenberg, Germany
He is one of the organizers of the established biennial conference TECHNOMER about polymer processing and application.
