Human Resources
Human Resources and Social Affairs is responsible for handling all personnel-related matters of the IPF. In particular, this includes workforce planning, HR controlling, recruitment, and hiring procedures. The department is also responsible for preparing job descriptions and job evaluations, personnel administration including payroll processing, and reporting. In addition, Human Resources and Social Affairs handles employment law matters within the framework of training and continuing professional development.
