Student support program
As part of the AKE's efforts to promote a European network of ellipsometry, financial assistance to attend the Workshop Ellipsometry (WSE) is available to students from European countries. Students (Masters, PhD) from the countries listed below are eligible to apply for one of six bursaries of Euro 250 each to contribute to the costs of attending the WSE. The bursary will be paid by bank transfer.
In addition to an oral/poster abstract, the applicant is required to submit a short text (max. 300 words) describing their research activities and explaining why attendance at the WSE would be beneficial to their research.

The deadline for application for support - together with application for an oral or poster contribution - has expired. The decision on the grants will be taken soon.
