Abstract
|
We report on the fabrication of 1D gradient mixed ampholytic polymer brushes constituted from two oppositely charged weak polyelectrolytes. The brush demonstrates remarkable 1D reversibly switching gradient of wetting behavior, electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions.
