Fluorescence microscopy in reflection mode as well as standard light microscopy can be done at our microscope Axio Imager.A1m (Carl Zeiss Jena GmbH). Furthermore we have a single photon sensitive camera (CASCADE II 512) available for low intensity fluorescence signals and the monitoring of fast processes. Combined with a heating / freezing stage and long distance objectives with high magnification a variety of environmental conditions for in-situ measurements can be applied.
