Mini-Symposium: Polymer Research Towards the Physics of Life, June 3, 2025
Researchers at PoL are investigating the principles that determine the dynamic spatio-temporal organization of life at the molecular, cellular, and tissue levels. Many of the approaches used are based on fundamental and applied polymer science. – Polymer research at the IPF is increasingly driven by bioinspiration, which stems from a mechanistic understanding of the complex functionalities of living matter. It is therefore attractive to broaden and deepen the links between PoL and IPF, which is the aim of this Mini-Symposium.
