Abstract
|
The present issue of Current Opinion in Colloid and Interface Science is the second one dealing with electrokinetic phenomena. It continues and extends the discussion of various aspects of electrokinetics comprised in the first topical issue published in 2010 (volume 15, issue 3). These themes included the history of the field as a whole, the applicability of certain electrokinetic methods and the concepts for data evaluation, electrodeposition and biointerfacial electrokinetics. In the present issue, some of these topics will be revisited and expanded.
