Abstract
|
A multi-component drug delivery system composed of thermo- and pH-responsive hydrogel matrix and incorporated maltosylated hyperbranched poly(ethylene imine) (PEI-Mal) is being developed. For that purpose, the influence of pH, salts concentrations and buffer on the stability of hydrogel-PEI-Mal complexes was investigated. Furthermore, dye (as a model drug) and PEI-Mal interactions under different pH values and ratios of components were studied.
