Im Rahmen seiner Dissertation beschäftigt sich Hannes Gumz mit der Synthese von amphiphilen Blockcopolymeren für die Bildung von responsiven Polymersomen. Dabei sollen die Polymersome hauptsächlich als Nanotransporter zum gezielten Stoff- und Informationstransport verwendet werden. Das Projekt ist Teil des "Chemical Information Processing"-Pfades des cfAED (center for advancing electronics Dresden).

  • Kontrollierte radikalische Polymerisationstechniken zur Synthese funktioneller amphiphiler Blockcopolymere
  • Polymercharakterisierung mittels NMR und GPC
  • Polymersombildung mittels Selbst-Assemblierungs-Methoden und Charakterisierung der Strukturen durch DLS, CryoTEM und UV/Vis-Spektroskopie
