Basic exhibitor/sponsor package (EUR 1750 excl. VAT)

  • Exhibition space
    This includes a table (size about 1.4 x 0.7 m), 2 chairs, poster display boards (max. 3 of 1 m in width and 2 m in height each) ordered from the organizers or space for fold‐ups or roll‐ups of the exhibitor (3 m maximum widths), and a 220 V power supply. Up to 6 sqm of exhibition space are available to each exhibitor (see below for technical info on the exhibition).

Technical Information on the Exhibition


The symposium and the connected little exhibition of equipment is held at Dorint Hotel Dresden. This means that you cannot expect conditions of a trade fair. Space and logistic conditions are limited. We provide each exhibitor with space of about 6 sqm including a table, chairs and power supply; poster displays may be ordered from the organizer or be brought along by the company (within the space limitations). Complete booth construction by exhibitors is not possible.

In case of very large or heavy exhibition goods or of special requirements concerning power supply, please contact the organizers before signing in.

You can park in the underground parking lot (EUR 14.00 per day) and use then the freight elevator. More detailed information on the access to the venue will be given later.


Please contact the organizers if you wish to have freight shipped to the venue, which is possible to a certain extent. Freight should not arrive there before Friday, Sept. 10, 2016. (Fr 9:00 to 18:00, Sat 10:00 to 18:00, Sun 14:00 to 18:00)

Freight has to be picked up after the conference on Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 14, 2016. (Possibility of longer storage till pickup would have to be agreed.)


The organizer assumes no responsibility for damages of any kind, in particular, damages on and at the exhibition stand (equipment of the stand, exhibits, property of persons employed on the stand) and damages sustained by third parties due to the stand, unless such damage is proved to have been caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the organizer or his servants. Any liability on the part of the organizer for consequential damages is excluded. The exhibitor is obligated to take out sufficient insurance cover in respect of his liability risk. The exhibitor is liable for all personal injuries and damages to property arising from the erection or demonstration of the instruments exhibited.
