The IPF has once again received confirmation of the audit berufundfamilie certificate from the Board of Trustees of the berufundfamilie Service GmbH. The renewal of the certificate with distinction recognizes the institute’s long-standing, sustainable commitment to a family- and life-phase-conscious HR policy. The audit berufundfamilie certificate is widely regarded as a quality seal for a strategically designed work–life balance policy.
Prior to the renewal, the IPF successfully completed the audit’s dialogue procedure for long-standing participants. The process is designed to maintain high standards in family- and life-phase-conscious HR policies while identifying targeted areas for further improvement. To ensure continued quality assurance, another dialogue procedure will take place in three years.
