Posters should be mounted in the lunch break on Monday at the latest and will be up during the entire duration of the meeting. Poster display boards allow a format up to 0.95 m (width) x 1.35 m (height).
A special poster session is scheduled for Monday,17:40 to 19:45. (no introduction of each individual poster, just free discussion)
Three poster awards will be assigned to the best poster presentations and will be handed over to the awardees in the last session of the meeting.
We will provide a Windows PC running Powerpoint in the version Microsoft Office 2003 for the presentation and ask you to bring along your presentation in a compatible format on USB stick or CD. Optionally, if you should need special software to show your presentation, you are welcome to bring your own laptop. If you wish to make sure that your presentation works at our PC/notebooks you may send your presentation via email to email@example.com not later than March 2, 2010.
A lunch bufett will be served right at the conference venue, close to poster displays and exhibition.
WLAN access will be available in the conference venue. For further details (access data) cf. book of abstracts, page 5.

In general, Dresden-Hauptbahnhof, Hörsaalzentrum and the recommended hotels have very well and rapid connections with each other with intervals of not more than 10 minutes from morning to late afternoon.
Arrival by car
There is no parking lot for participants close to the Hörsaalzentrum. Parking is possible to in the streets in the university campus behind, i.e. West, of the Hörsaalzentrum as long as there is free space.
Tickets for public transportation
You will get a congress ticket for public transport by bus and tram (not suburban trains/S-Bahn) in the conference office that you can use within Dresden during the whole duration of the meeting.
The only tickets you would have to buy are those for S-Bahn from/to the airport and the one you would need immediately after your arrival to get to the conference venue.
A ticket for public transport within Dresden costs you EUR 1.90 and can be used for S-Bahn (suburban trains), buses and trams. It is valid for one hour after invalidation. "Einzelfahrt"
Tickets can be obtained through ticket machines which are available in the most important stops.
Also you have ticket machines in trams (only tickets for immediate use); and in buses you might also buy a ticket at the drivers if you do not manage to buy it in advance.
