Fabrication and characterization of goldlayer-coupled plasmonic nanoantennas with resonances tuned towards the optical properties of fluorophores sandwiched in between in order to learn about how plasmons are affecting the decay processes and life-times of the emitters.
Periodic Nanostructures for Template-Assisted Self Assembly
Using Laser Interference Lithography for manifacturing periodic nanoarrays and gradient materials for bottom-up self assembly of plasmonic nanoparticles.
