21.05.2014 REWE Team-Challenge
Our department again participated in the 6th REWE Team-Challenge with three teams and could achieve very good results. Thanks to all runners!
Our collaboration together with Evonik Industries and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology has gained some interest in the publicity by a tv contribution and a short online article
We congratulate Sven Roediger from Martin-Anderson-Nexö school for being awarded the second prize in Jugend-Forscht! He performed analyses on hybrid particles of silica nanoparticles and maltose-modified poly ethyleneimine (PEI-Mal) for applications as membrane materials in capillary electrophoresis. The work was supervised by PD Dr. Albena Lederer and carried out at IPF Dresden.

The IPF participated with four teams in the Team-Challange where the team needs to run 5 km as fast as possible. Despite the bad weather, we could finish with good times and had a lot of fun.
