JBFM

Java application JBFM

The JBFM applet implements the bond-fluctuation-method in Java to simulate and visualize different types of polymers. In order to run the applet you need at least the Java 1.5 browser-plugin. As standard there exists a simple self-written 3D graphical output. However, it is recommended that you install Java 3D for high-performance visualization. If you have any comments or questions write me an email.
Please note that leaving this website will cause the applet to quit.

A documentation about the applet and the BFM-model can be found here.

Note for Linux users:

Unfortunately there exists no Java 1.5 browser-plugin for the 64-bit Linux version of firefox. In this case you may use Konqueror instead.

If you can read this, then Java3D is not installed.
