Health Insurance
A health insurance is required by all researchers and their families. Please ask whether your insurance at home covers medical and hospital expenses in Germany. You will need a written confirmation that your insurance is valid for Germany, too.

Personal Liability and Accident Insurance
This is recommended for all researchers. If you plan to work on weekends or beyond the common opening times of the IPF it is obligatory.
